I didn’t get my skin

It may take up to 2 days (48 hours) for us to transfer your skin to your Steam account. If you have not received your skin after 2 days (48 hours), please email us at feedback@bestpoints.com

Where can I see my earnings?

You can see your earnings in the Earnings section of the Profile menu.
Where can I see my transferred skins?
You can see your transferred skins in the Last transactions section of the Profile menu.

How to transfer a skin?

To get a skin transferred to your League account, follow these steps:

• Gather the number of points necessary to buy the skin you want. You can earn points by Playing games, Watching videos and Inviting friends.
• Provide your Summoner name and region in the Settings menu.
• In the Skins menu, choose the skin you wish to get, then click on the yellow Get button. You will be taken to the profile of your desired skin. There, click the yellow Get Skin button.
• Your skin should be transferred to your League account within 2 days (48 hours).
